Welcome to Tblondi! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tblondi platform, including our website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Tblondi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>

About Tblondi<\/b><\/h3>

Tblondi is a self-serve influencer marketing platform that enables brands to create and manage campaigns, discover creators, and automate campaign workflows. The platform facilitates connections between brands and creators but does not directly control the campaigns or content.<\/p>

Eligibility<\/h3>

To use Tblondi, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these criteria.<\/p>

Account Registration<\/h3>

To access certain features, users must register and maintain an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Tblondi is not liable for unauthorized use.<\/p>

Platform Use<\/h3>

For Brands:
Brands can create campaigns, invite creators, fund campaigns, and manage submissions.<\/p>

For Creators:
Creators can discover campaigns, apply or accept invitations, submit content, and receive payments.<\/p>

You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful behavior.<\/p>

Payments and Fees<\/h3>

Tblondi may charge service fees for campaign processing or platform use. All payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Tblondi is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by these providers.<\/p>

Content Ownership and Rights<\/h3>

Users retain ownership of their content. By submitting content to a campaign, creators grant the brand a license to use it as agreed in the campaign terms. Tblondi does not claim ownership of user-generated content but may use anonymized data for analytics and performance tracking.<\/p>

Campaign Disputes<\/b><\/h3>

Tblondi is not a party to agreements between brands and creators. We may assist in dispute resolution at our discretion but do not guarantee outcomes. All disputes must first attempt resolution between involved parties.<\/p>

Prohibited Activities<\/b><\/h3>

Users may not:
– Impersonate others or provide false information
– Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation
– Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
– Circumvent platform features or fees<\/span><\/p>

Termination<\/b><\/h3>

Tblondi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Users may delete their account at any time via their dashboard.<\/p>

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h3>

Tblondi provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee campaign success, creator performance, or uninterrupted platform access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tblondi disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/p>
